Our mixes are shelf-stable, but last longer when put in the fridge or freezer. The
recommended shelf life is 1 year
Yes! All of our mixes are gluten-free. Please note
that some of our products are created in a facility that also creates products
with gluten in them. We do lot test for each bach to verify no gluten although
there could be trace gluten that was not detected.

Yes. Most mixes simply require the addition of basic items
such sour cream, cream cheese or mayonnaise. Our detailed descriptions will let
you know what is required for preparation.
Shipping
We try and send out all online orders same day if order is places before 2pm pst,
and next day for all other orders. All
orders are automatically updated via email or SMSwith tracking information.
Usually orders arrive within 1-3 business days
